Course Description: This class is designed to teach the technician basic knowledge to troubleshoot and test an AAON Package unit. Also designed to teach the technicians basic knowledge of the AAON VCCX Control System.

Learning Objectives:

  • Verifying Controls configuration (VCCX, Modules)
  • Working with ModGas-XWR
  • Working with MHGRV-X
  • Working with RSMD
  • Setting up Modulating Gas Valves
  • Learning Yaskawa VFD Drive Parameters
  • Adjusting appropriate setpoints for specific applications
  • Verifying unit operation using control force modes
  • Basic Electro-Mechanical troubleshooting
