    Director of Culture and Talent

Hannah is fluent in sign language, plays the harp and aspires to one day own a chicken farm. She enjoys restoring antique furniture, gardening and designing interior/exterior spaces with her “super handy” husband. A graduate of Wichita State University with a background in advertising and account management, Hannah heads the Marketing Department and engages in new business pursuits and brand development. She exercises her creativity while strategically streamlining sales and marketing processes. Aside from her excellent ability to articulate the needs and goals of a project, Hannah is an expert party planner and brings the offices together, providing entertaining office parties and customer events. At BCS, she has learned to embrace new challenges, no matter how daunting they may be. “The scariest part is just before you begin – the feeling you experience at the end is empowering.”

  • Marnie Lynch

    Receptionist

Marnie is extremely outgoing and friendly, which makes her the perfect fit for BCS Receptionist. Serving as the first impression for BCS Wichita office visitors, Marnie remains always positive and happy to help customers and coworkers. Marnie’s professional experience includes working reception in two other offices. Her experience in reception has given her the confidence and ability to learn quickly and take on many responsibilities. Marnie is a former Canadian citizen, but has lived in the US for 15 years. She has three girls and will be getting married next year.

  • Camille McCraw

    HR Coordinator

Camille enjoys international travel and practices the three M’s: mindfulness, minimalism and meditation. At BCS, her tremendous multitasking skills allow her to aid in accounting, human resources and marketing departments, although she is always happy to assist anyone in need. A quick learner and with a harmonic personality, Camille has cultivated solid relationships internally and externally and efficiently completes any task given to her.

  • Katelyn Calderwood

    Marketing

Creative to her core, Kate is a “see animals in the clouds” kind of thinker. If she’s not hanging out with her husband and cat at home, Kate tries to do something outside of her comfort zone at least twice a week, whether it’s meeting people she doesn’t know, traveling somewhere new (she’s seen the Northern Lights in Iceland), doing yoga somewhere strange, like a paddleboard or a room full of kittens, harnessing a new skill at work or hanging out with high school kids through Young Life ministry. Her positivity, eagerness and hunger to do more awesome has allowed her to harness her communication skills and make an impact at BCS. Kate has learned that it takes a team to tango – her responsibilities for external marketing communication, which include email campaigns, social media management, website maintenance and management, RFP responses, managing public relations, designing, advertising, and generating content, are made complete when working proficiently with the whole marketing team. She takes pride in her work ethic, creativity, writing ability, problem solving skills and (most importantly) desk toy collection.

  • Tracy Rasmussen

    Senior Accountant

Tracy works under our CFO with high end financials, monthly and quarter-end processing. As a recent empty nester, Tracy and her husband have been using much of their time renovating their house and taking care of their cat. Tracy’s get er’ done attitude provides excellence results, whether that’s handling BCS finances or caring for their cat.

  • Jennifer Cherry

    Cost Accountant

Jennifer is always searching for ways to be more efficient, whether it is working in her garden, doing yoga or at work. As a key member of the Accounting department, Jennifer builds custom reports and analyzes jobs for accurate costing. Named BCS Employee of the Quarter for 2017 Quarter One, Jennifer is a valued asset to the team!

  • Tawny Jones

    Accountant

Always maintaining a positive mindset, Tawny has learned an exceptional amount about the Construction and HVAC Community through working at BCS in the Accounting Department. Aside from her role at BCS, she’s passionate about her two dogs and the look on her coworkers faces when she walks in the door with her renowned baked treats.

  • Jenifer Armstrong

    Accounting Service Coordinator

A self-motivated team player with exceptional organizational skills, Jenifer assists in accounting, administrative support, human resources and general office to other departments. Coming to BCS with 10 years of administrative experience, Jenifer provides the ultimate helping hand(s) to any team. To quote one of her favorite sayings by Henry Ford, “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, and working together is success.”

  • Rachel Herndon

    Accounting Service Coordinator

As a Data Entry Clerk, Rachel edits and matches up packing slips, manages accounts payable, matches vendor statements with current invoices, and completes clerical duties to include data entry and customer service. She is the backbone of the accounting team. An expert in administration, Rachel has been in data entry roles since 2014. She's learned to multi-task under pressure while constantly learning new procedures and methods. Rachel is self-motivated and dependable in team-building environments. In her free time, you'll find her reading, listening to lectures, audio-books of non-fiction publications, and theological studies or cooking and spending time with family and friends.
