BCS pays 100% of employee medical and dental insurance premiums and a portion of dependent coverage. We offer company paid life insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance. We hold regular ping-pong tournaments using our in-office ping-pong table, monthly birthday celebrations, an Employee of The Quarter Program and impromptu lunch cook-outs.
Employees receive discounts at Verizon and a $30/month stipend towards a fitness option of choice. BCS facilitates Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenges for a little extra support.
A tuition reimbursement program is in place for employees interested in furthering their education. Paid job-related training is available for any training, class, conference, seminar, or webinar to further professional development.
Company vehicles or pool vehicles are available for daily use.
BCS offers a free Employee Assistance Program that provides life advice and professional counseling, parenting help, caregiving options, education aid, psychological counseling, legal services, and financial aid.
The offices always have fully stocked kitchens. They also house cutting edge in-office technology that makes it easy to communicate between locations and with our customers.
We keep our employees in the know. We circulate a monthly internal newsletter, organizational chart and event calendar, hold monthly department and director meetings, and send out a biannual company update, an extensive company outlook, to all employees.
BCS hosts two family parties per year. This summer, we all went to a Wichita Wingnuts game!
